With targeted exercises suited to the phase you are experiencing, we will focus on your physical recovery in a gentle but effective way. Postpartum fitness classes are designed to strengthen your core, helping you rediscover your inner strength and achieve the best version of yourself. We will also work together with your baby, using the baby carrier or stroller during the exercises, transforming each workout into a special moment of connection. The gentle movement helps your baby relax, while you focus on your body. Using the baby carrier or stroller makes training easier, making it practical and fun! Objective: Tone and strengthen your muscles, with particular attention to the abdomen and pelvic floor. We will use free body and mat exercises, adapted for your recovery journey.
